Although the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle, I appreciated the value of their paid shuttle service, providing a reliable transportation option for guests. the lack of a welcome drink was noticeable given the high expectations of a luxury hotel, but the pet amenities available showcased the thoughtful touches that cater to a wider range of guests. The room's amenities, including ironing facilities and heating, were standard but essential for a comfortable stay. the availability of air conditioning and free toiletries added to the overall convenience. the presence of a 24-hour reception and security gave me peace of mind during my time at the hotel. In terms of dining options, the hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a pleasant atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. While the lack of a welcome drink was noted, the coffee shop on-site offered a cozy spot for a morning pick-me-up. The fitness center and spa & wellness center were excellent additions to the hotel, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate during their stay. the massage services, including body scrub and full body massage, were a luxurious touch that added value to the overall experience. In conclusion, Arche offers a good balance between luxury and affordability, with a range of amenities that cater to different guest preferences. While some luxury elements may be missing, the overall value proposition of the hotel makes it a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience during their stay in the city.
